Once you sign the proposal and pay, you'll then get the Welcome Packet where you can drop files, copy, logos, etc. Everything I'll need to get started!
If you're ready to work together after we chat, I'll send you the proposal that'll include everything we discussed, as well as the invoice.

my process
Intake Form
Fill out the form on the Contact page when you're ready to learn more or get the process started.

Schedule call
I'll review your intake form. You'll then get a link to schedule a call so we can learn more about each other.
Welcome
Web design
Then I design! You'll review the Home Page and either approve or send edits. Once the Home Page is good to go, I work on the rest of the site and allow 1 more round of revisions.
Launch
We go live!! Once the website is approved and the mobile version is complete, I send you an Offboarding packet where you'll have all the steps you need to go live!
WHAt DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE GETTING STARTED?
Once we have our kick-off call, you sign the proposal, and pay the invoice, you'll receive an Onboarding email from me! This is where all of the information will live during our time working together. Don't freak out - I provide videos giving you the run down, and have structured it all to be fool proof so it'll be like I'm holding your hand every step of the way.
In the Onboarding email I'll outline your "homework" which includes things like login info, asset collection (think logos, photos, etc.) as well as a robust copy deck outline so that you can provide all the words you'd like to come alive in your site.
WHAT IS THE TIMELINE LIKE?
I won't begin a project until all of the "homework" you get is complete. You'll schedule your project kick off date so that you have a deadline to work against for homework, and I know when I can begin designing. Once I officially begin on your project, it should take 4 weeks or so to launch! This is of course as long as you're also reviewing/approving in a timely fashion :)
If you select Brand Development & Design, add another 2-4 weeks to get things live.
DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Of course! I work with many entrepreneurs who are just getting started, and I know it can be a lot to balance and plan for - I have been there!
We can chat through this on our kick-off call. I typically ask for 50% up front before beginning a project, and 50% within 30-60 days.
