WHAt DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE GETTING STARTED?
Once we have our kick-off call, you sign the proposal, and pay the invoice, you'll receive an Onboarding email from me! This is where all of the information will live during our time working together. Don't freak out - I provide videos giving you the run down, and have structured it all to be fool proof so it'll be like I'm holding your hand every step of the way.
In the Onboarding email I'll outline your "homework" which includes things like login info, asset collection (think logos, photos, etc.) as well as a robust copy deck outline so that you can provide all the words you'd like to come alive in your site.
WHAT IS THE TIMELINE LIKE?
I won't begin a project until all of the "homework" you get is complete. You'll schedule your project kick off date so that you have a deadline to work against for homework, and I know when I can begin designing. Once I officially begin on your project, it should take 4 weeks or so to launch! This is of course as long as you're also reviewing/approving in a timely fashion :)
If you select Brand Development & Design, add another 2-4 weeks to get things live.
DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Of course! I work with many entrepreneurs who are just getting started, and I know it can be a lot to balance and plan for - I have been there!
We can chat through this on our kick-off call. I typically ask for 50% up front before beginning a project, and 50% within 30-60 days.
